Solgaard began when founder Adrian Solgaard designed a backpack after his friend’s backpack was stolen. That led to the launch of Solgaard’s first product in 2016, Lifepack. Since then, they’ve continued to create sustainable products that people love that use ocean-bound plastic. Their mission is to go climate positive by partnering with cleaning crews to prevent plastic from entering the ocean, as well as using eco-friendly materials to create its products. From everyday backpacks to easy-to-organize luggage, they’ve continued to expand their collection of travel essentials.
