Consisting of three components, the Smart Nora is easy to set up and works with a variety of pillows so you wont have to give up your favorite one. Once the pillow insert is inserted in the pillow case and connected to the base, you can tap on the “pebble” which you can have on a stand beside your bed or mounted above your head. While you sleep, the Smart Nora will detect any snoring sounds and the pillow insert will immediately inflate to gently move your head and open up your pathways so the snoring stops. It works perfectly no matter what position you sleep in or on what part of the pillow you place your head.
