Their initial focus was on the fine foods of the British Isles and Scotland. Laura McManus has owned the company since 1996 and began to expand Mackenzie Limited's product offerings. Partner Kate Glenn joined the business in 2009. It is a small female-owned business that considers its customers and employees to be family. They now offer over 400 unique products over 10 product categories. They celebrated their 30th anniversary in 2018.
