Chums UK is a privately owned, independent mail order company headquartered in a new 60,000 square foot unit on the Knowsley Business Park. General Manager Graham Rubin developed the mail-order business 30 years ago after years of trouser manufacturing experience, when pants were supplied to the large mail-order catalog business. He first sold men's trousers directly to the public through non-scheduled direct response advertisements in national newspapers and magazines. He also used his growing customer database to sell through his own catalog. Chums UK listened to the needs of customers, which prompted them to develop their famous high-waist pants to suit the common middle-aged pants that men of a certain age liked!
